Drawing from the knowledge of three top Eastern Massachusetts General Contracting firms has allowed him to see projects of every size and bring valuable insight to any design. Chris truly is the heart of this business.

Luke Winston
FIELD MANAGER
Luke grew up in a construction family and has had a hammer in his hand since he was ten. After earning his Construction Management degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology and gaining experience both on site and in project management, he launched his own residential remodeling business, designing and building projects from Nantucket to Boston. He is driven by building science, craftsmanship, and total ownership. Authentic and sometimes unfiltered, his standards never waver and his work speaks for itself.

With a background in design and branding, Meredith brings a refined eye and strategic direction to White Oak Home. She oversees design details that carry projects from concept to completion and leads the company’s marketing, ensuring that the craftsmanship and story of each build are shared with the community.
